DEPARTURE & ARRIVAL





1. Bring the ORIGINAL COPY of your camp application with you to camp.


2. Camp location:

CEDAR LAKE CAMP

1100 Mill Creek Road, Big Bear Lake, CA



3. Arrive at Cedar Lake Camp no later than 4:00PM for check-in.


3. If you are dropping off students please be at camp, Saturday the 27th, at 11am ready to take your students home.

MUST KNOW INFORMATION





• Sozo Youth Camp applications are required for every camper and adult attending. No one will be registered / admitted to the camp without the completed application. Please bring ORIGINAL APPLICATIONS to check-in on day of camp arrival.

• To be considered registered for camp, applications for each camper & counselor must be emailed to SOZOCAMP@DISCOVERHOPE.US
Original copies still need to be turned in during check-in on July 24th at Cedar Lake Camp.

• All medicine must be turned in to the camp nurse during check-in. Medicine is also to be bagged in ziplock bags with campers first & last name, church name, & instructions for medication usage. Medication needs to be in original prescription bottles / packaging.
